It seems that my personality is one of jumping completely into a project with all my energies. Exercise has not been one of those projects recently and therefore I am 1. Feeling a bit unhealthy 2. Not fitting comfortably in my pants.
Since no one can fix those issues but me, I joined 24 Hour Fitness and hope to make my health a priority once again without allowing it to take up too much of my day. I am excited because the gym I joined has Body Pump and Zumba classes.
So for those of you who are in the same situation, lets find ways to encourage each other. What are our favorite gym exercises and routines? All ideas are welcome.
