Uh-oh! This is one of those scam apps that the developers release under several different names. I probably already have it but it's called something else.

They take the same app and release it under several different names by different developers - all the apps are $2.99 and most don't save in high resolution.
I added a new app to my Light Folder on my iPhone Processing Screen today. GlossFX
It has some fun soft light filters along with glass like reflections.
